Anyone know where I can get a replacement VIking board? A slug has crawled across my orignial and glued it to Northern Fury ripping off the top surface

Sorry to hear that, I thought I lost my Saxon board today. I think this topic kind of came but there was no answer if they would ever put a PDF of the boards out. As a hard copy replacement I haven't seen anything or heard anything from the company.

You may want to try to contact them directly from their website to see if you can get a board.

Here is the company's contact info page. It is in french so you may have to tell them if you are wanting an enlish or french battle board.

Reason I laminated mine, I felt sooner or later I was going to spill something on the battle boards.

Where the heck was you playing to have slugs in the game! Got any stats for them? :) I don't use my boards as I copied and laminated them for everyday use, if given permission I could email you a pdf of them to do do the same as a replacement.

Last weekend, I discovered that a slug had crawled over my Viking battleboard. Don't ask me how this happened, I thought my man-cave a bastion against the humdrum of ordinary life (except when it needs dusting...).

Clearly, this molusc knew no fear of the víkingr. It had careered wildly across the cover of Northern Fury before criss-crossing a trail of industrial strength mucus over the enclosed battleboard.

Imagine my howls of anguish as, when I sought to separate the two parts, I tore off a large stip of sweet Valhalla. Wronged, my wrath knew no bounds.

I sought solace here on the forum where Mike took pity upon me and contacted the lads over at Gripping Beast. After a few courteous emails a replacement board arrived lovingly packaged within an A4 ziplock bag.

Lesson learnt.

So, 3 cheers for Mike and the chaps at Gripping Beast. In an era such as this, when a games company's word is not always its bond, this is surely a corner of wargaming integrity that is forever proud :)

This is why I support companies that support the players. Just got an order in for a few Gripping Beast miniatures myself. =) Way to much to many miniatures to get done. Whould be cool to order the boards on their website too.
