Just spoken to Gripping Beast and the second part of the Salute order has arrived and will be going straight out to the US and Australian distributers, ready to go to a local gaming shop near you.

North Star in the UK has picked up a supply and they can ordered from North Star direct as well, also North Star does distribute to traders in the UK and across Europe so expect them to arrive in gaming shops here as well

There is another dice order currently being produced as well, but no news on a delivery date for that

Please note the current supply of dice will NOT be available on the Gripping Beast site they are all going out to distributers and traders

But as with anything dice related if you want dice then get your orders in quickly

Cheers

Mike

What's sad is that since last year I've been popping in and out of the GB store, trying to find a day when the rules+4 dice sets are available....but it never happens. I've been ready to give them money for half a year, but have never succeeded.

The guys making the dice screwed up, so I guess that has cascaded to the current situation. I myself hope they get this corrected and sorted out sooner then later... Still waiting on my preorder, but haven't a word from architects at war.

Whoever is at fault, it is costing me money, because I haven't been able to take advantage of the buying 4 or more dice sets & getting a discount. I am extremely disappointed.

Its saving me vast amounts of money at the moment - I'm not buying dice, because they are never available. So I'm not buying the rules, because I don't want them without the dice. So I'm not buying the figures, because I've got no rules to use them with. GB's dice supplier have saved me at least £100 I could have spent on GB's website!

To damm funny man. =) But to be truthful the game plays very well and is fun to boot. The dice do make it a lot easier to play rather then having to always figure out what number matches what dice.

There is a strange thing on the battle boards with most of them showing the lower dice number symbols then the higher ones below them, but then there is that one that shows the higher dice symbol then a lower one. If it was setup all the same lower to higher it would be easier on the brain to figure out what is what.

Now with the queen and her PARTY TIME, my order is delayed another week. Which means I will not see my stuff for 2 weeks or so.

It's very easy to make your own Saga dice.
Download the symbols from this website; buy blank dice (£2.50 for 8) - recessed ones are best.
Stick symbols on dice. Varnish.
Takes an hour or so for a set of 8 dice.

We know this as it has been repeated often enough! Some people like myself cast some out of pewter, or manufactured some using a variety of other methods. But that still doesn't preclude us also wanting to have some "official" ones for a variety of very valid reasons.
